Really stellar novel debut, I read her memoir a while back and thought it was pretty good, but this shows huge improvement as a writer in many ways. Would not think this is the same author!

I liked this a lot too! Genuinely think more people would give this a shot if the cover was different. It doesn't fit the vibe of the book at all imo
