Do yourself a favor and look up some of the alternate covers this bad boy has.

Really enjoyed this. Absolutely incredible concept executed to near-perfection. The only downside is the repetition of the battle scenes, but judging by Spinrad's postscript, that repetition is both intentional and a thematic necessity.

Arguably has the same "point" as Dune, but it makes that point with half the length and double the force. In its own, low-key way, this is a more disturbing experience by far.
