Yuri Sergeyevich Rytkheu (Russian: Ю́рий Серге́евич Рытхэ́у ; Chukot: Ю́рий Серге́евич Рытгэ́в) was a Chukchi writer, who wrote in both his native Chukchi and in Russian. He is considered to be the father of Chukchi literature.
