Dr. Andrew Clark was born in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from Columbia University in 1976 and served in the Peace Corps in Senegal for three years. Clark received his Masters degree from Ohio University and his PhD from Michigan State University. He served as a faculty member in the History department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington for 21 years. Clark died on January 2, 2011.-William Madison Randall Library
