I know Open Library has been relatively unreliable lately, I apologize. I am actually in the middle of making our own proprietary book database with the data dump they have. This will allow us to have amazing speed, consistency, and control our own destiny when it comes to merging books, editing metadata, etc. We can also expand data sources in the future with Goodreads scraped data and alike. So please bear with the suboptimal performance for just a little bit 🙇‍♀️. We shall prevail.
